Michael Neth & Holly Hammerschmidt announce their engagement and approaching marriage.  A May 7, 2011 wedding is planned in Manhattan, Ks. Parents of the couple are Marvin and Barbara Neth of Callaway & Roger and Nancy Hammerschmidt of Manhattan, Ks. Grandparents of the future groom are Ivan and Bonnie Neth of Broken Bow and the late Dale and Bonnie Cooley Neth is a 1998 graduate of Callaway High School and 2002 graduate of Chadron State College with a bachelor of arts in Business Administration working as president of Neth Family Enterprises who owns and operates Eileens Colossal Cookies in Lawrence, Ks. Hammerschmidt is a 2003 graduate of Manhattan High school and graduated from University of Kansas in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing working at Pennington and Company in Lawrence, as a Senior Alumni relations consultant doing public relations and fundraising for fraternities and sororities.
