Custer County District Court Held Thursday

Custer County District Court was held in Broken Bow on Thursday with Judge Karin Noakes presiding. Louis J. Dominguez appeared and entered a plea of No Contest to an amended charge of 3rd Degree Assault, a Class I Misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for March 22nd. Sheila Osterhoudt appeared and entered a No Contest Plea to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class IV Felony. The Judge ordered Osterhoudt to enter the Problem Solving Drug Court which is an 18 month program. Jason Lictenberger's sentencing was continued to March 8th. Randy D. Martinez appeared for arraignment on two counts, 1st Degree Assault and Use of a Deadly Weapon to commit a felony. Both Counts are Class II Felonies. Martinez entered a plea of Not Guilty to both counts and is scheduled for a Jury Trial June 11th. Bond was continued. Steven Trew appeared for arraignment on two counts of Terroristic Threats both Class IV Felonies. Trew entered a Not Guilty Plea and will appear for a jury trial on June 11th.
